At Vibraah, we want you to love your purchase. If for any reason you are not completely satisfied, we’re here to help.
1. Returns
- You may return eligible products within 3 days of delivery.
- Items must be unused, unworn, and in their original packaging with all tags intact.
- For hygiene and safety reasons, earrings and customized jewelry are not eligible for return or exchange.
2. Exchanges
- We only replace items if they are defective, damaged or wrong upon receipt.
- If you need to exchange an item for the same product, contact us at support@vibraah.com with proof of damage/unboxing video.
3. Refunds
- Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you by email.
- Approved refunds will be processed to your original method of payment within 7–10 business days.
- Shipping charges are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error.
4. Non-Returnable Items
- Customized or engraved jewelry.
- Gift cards and sale/clearance items.
- Items without original packaging or proof of purchase.
5. How to Initiate a Return
To start a return, please email us at support@vibraah.com with:
- Order number
- Reason for return
- Images or unboxing video (if product arrived damaged)
We will provide instructions and a return shipping address. Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item was defective or sent incorrectly.
6. Late or Missing Refunds
- If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank or payment provider.
- Then contact your bank/credit card company—it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.
- If you’ve done all this and still haven’t received your refund, please contact us at support@vibraah.com
