1. Processing Time

  • All orders are processed within 1–3 business days (excluding weekends and holidays).
  • In case of delays due to high order volume or unforeseen circumstances, we will notify you by email.

2. Shipping Rates & Delivery Estimates

  • Standard Shipping (India): 4–7 business days.
  • Express Shipping (India): 2–4 business days (extra charges may apply).
  • International Shipping: 7–14 business days (subject to customs clearance and local laws).

Shipping will be free in india.


3. Order Tracking

Once your order is shipped, you will receive a tracking number via email/SMS. You can track your package through the courier partner’s website.


4. Shipment Delays

We are not responsible for delays caused by:

  • Natural disasters, strikes, or courier service disruptions.
  • Customs inspections or duties (for international orders).

5. Shipping Address

  • Please ensure your shipping address is accurate and complete at checkout.
  • Vibraah is not responsible for packages lost due to incorrect or incomplete addresses.

6. International Shipping

  • Customs duties, taxes, or import charges are the responsibility of the customer.

7. Damaged or Lost Packages

  • If your order arrives damaged, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with an unboxing video and photos.
  • If your package is lost in transit, we will work with our courier partner to resolve the issue.
